Trading Platform Connections

Remote Access

The NDX Trading platform can be easily accessed via the Internet. Connection can be made with a T1 relay line, VPN, ISDN, DSL line or a cable modem. The size of the line required depends upon the number of users and the amount of data being requested on the client side.

As with any Internet application, the reliability and performance of the system depends on the quality of service provided by your Internet Service Provider (ISP).

Our clients have the ability to route their orders to us by any of the standard routing services such as Sungard, Thompson's Trade Route, or Radianz. Of course our fully staffed trade desk can take your order by phone and work your order throughout the day.

Allocations can be submitted via phone, fax, e-mail, OASYS/Alert, or Sungard.
